Delivery

At Electrorad we offer a palletised delivery service which is competitively priced, based on the number of radiators you have ordered and the delivery postcode.

We will send across the delivery instructions to your supplied email address, please read carefully.

This will be calculated at the buying stage and do remember that 5 or more radiators will get free delivery.

We will arrange a delivery date with a phone call (unless specified) within 48 hours.

The delivery will be palletised to the kerbside, and as close as is possible to your property.

The radiators are the responsibility of the customer once the delivery has been signed for.

Your products will be delivered on a pallet

PALLETISED DELIVERY

Your radiator(s) will arrive on a larger vehicle and be secured on a pallet. The pallet will be removed from the vehicle by the driver using a pallet truck and the vehicle tail lift. The pallet can be moved as close to your property as possible using the pallet truck. The delivery service ends there. It will be your responsibility to remove the radiators from the pallet and move them to where you would like them. This is a faster delivery service. Any orders placed before 12 midday will be dispatched for next working day delivery. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

VERY IMPORTANT
When your delivery arrives you must fully inspect the boxes for any signs of transport damage. If any damage is seen, this should be noted on the delivery note. Claims can only be accepted if this is done at the time of delivery.

Delivery charges calculated at the checkout are valid for all U.K. destinations EXCEPT: Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland which will incur further charges.
